Notes on Uncertainty
I’m a creative who works mostly in abstracts and abstract landscapes. My paintings are less about specific places and more about mood, movement, and how a space feels. I was born, raised, and continue to live in the Pacific Northwest, and the landscapes, weather, and light here naturally influence my work. I’m self-taught, which has given me the freedom to experiment and figure things out through doing. My process is always evolving as I try new materials, techniques, and ideas. Some pieces are intuitive from the start, while others take time to find their direction. I enjoy letting the work shift and change rather than forcing a finished result. Painting, for me, is an ongoing practice of curiosity and growth.
